We currently offer free shipping on all non-plant products, irrespective of order value, to make our products more affordable and accessible.

🌱 Plant Shipping Policy

Plant orders follow a separate handling and delivery process due to their delicate and natural nature.

📦 Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Plant orders are processed within 14–18 working days
  • Once processed, they are shipped and delivered within 2–4 working days
  • Total delivery timeline: 14–22 working days

This extended timeline is due to the rare and delicate nature of the plants we deal with, as some require special care, handling, and careful packaging to ensure they reach you in healthy condition.

We are a home-based nursery, and our plants are nurtured and sourced in small batches. This allows us to maintain high quality and individual attention, but it also results in longer processing times compared to mass commercial sellers.

🌍 Plant Shipping Charges & Zones

Plant shipping is calculated based on delivery zones.

🌿 Orders below ₹399

  • South India: ₹120 flat shipping charge
  • North India: Custom rate calculated based on order value 

🌿 Orders ₹400 and above

  • South India: Free Shipping
  • North India: Custom rate calculated based on order value 

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

⚙️ ARS Tools (Fast Shipping Category)

Products under the ARS Tools category are processed and delivered much faster:

  • Free Shipping
  • Processing time: 2–3 working days
  • Delivery time: 3–5 working days after dispatch

These items are typically in ready stock and do not require sourcing or extended handling time.

🌍 International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship outside India.

Is there a minimum order value for free shipping?
No, free shipping applies to eligible products without any minimum order value.

Will my items come in one package?
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product type and availability.

Can I change my delivery address?
